Appointed as Costa Coffee UAE’s integrated agency, we were tasked with shifting the Costa brand from its mainstream coffee chain perception to something a little more fun and vibrant. Essentially, we had to get the youngsters excited about Costa.

12 campaigns, a whole range of challenges and plenty of fun later, we’ve managed to do exactly that: we’ve brought the brand to life…. As well as winning a few “innovation” awards along the way.


Through every brief, we ensured Costa Coffee had the personality and share of voice it deserves across PR, Social, Digital and Experiential.


Costa has won multiple awards - globally - for their UAE work, and are being recognised as forward-thinking and innovative by the wider brand markets.  Here’s why:

  • Funny: 8 influencers and public experienced riding a camel through the Costa drive-thru to launch #FueledByCosta
  • Adventurous: #FueledByCosta a fully digital campaign for users to share their everyday Costa adventures and win daily prizes.
  • Energetic: The first to launch Nitro Cold Brew within the UAE at the #NitroNation launch - a HIIT Costa workout for influencers and media.
  • Innovative: Trialing a drone delivery for the summer Frostino range to Jumeriah beach #CostaDroneDrop
